Abstract Abstract is required and must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 7,500 words including the abstract, references, tables, and figures. Manuscript must include a contribution statement identifying who had the idea for the article, who performed the literature search and data analysis, who drafted and/or critically revised the work, and a disclosure statement.
References Citations must be presented as numbers in square brackets with consecutively numbered reference list entries.
