Original Article

Cover Letter No specific cover letter requirements are indicated.
Abstract Provide a structured abstract of up to 250 words with the headings: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and include the clinical trial registry name, URL, and registration number at the end for registered trials.
Manuscript Original articles should typically not exceed 4000 words and the main text should be structured into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Limitations (if applicable), and Conclusion, preceded by title page information and followed by acknowledgments, references, tables, figure legends, and any appendices.
References References may be formatted in any consistent style for submission; accepted manuscripts will be converted to AMA style, and there is no maximum reference count for original articles.
Figures & Tables Original articles may include up to 6 tables and/or figures in total, with tables prepared as editable files and figures supplied as separate high‑resolution files with comprehensive legends; for initial peer review, figures may be in a wide range of formats, sizes, and resolutions.
