Journal of Emergency Medicine Case Reports is an independent, unbiased, double-blind peer reviewed open-access scientific journal of the Emergency Medicine Physicians Association of Turkey (EPAT), aiming to publish scientifically high quality and interesting case reports that contribute to the medical literature in the field of emergency medicine. The journal is published four times a year in March, June, September and December, and the language of publication is English.

Journal Of Emergency Medicine Case Reports accepts the following article types. Click on an article type to view submission instructions.

Case Report

Cover Letter No specific cover letter requirements are indicated.
Abstract A structured abstract in English (max 200 words) is required, organized into three paragraphs titled Introduction, Case Report, and Conclusion, and must not include references to the text.
Manuscript Manuscript text must not exceed 2000 words and should include title page, abstract, introduction, case report section, discussion, conclusion, references, informed consent form, conflict of interest statement, authors’ contribution statement, and acknowledgments, with no more than 5 authors unless pre-approved by the editorial board.
References Format references according to the updated Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (Vancouver style), numbered in order of appearance and cited by bracketed numerals in the text, with journal titles abbreviated per Index Medicus and a maximum of 10 references.
Figures & Tables Include no more than 3 figures or tables in total, numbered in order of appearance with desired positions indicated in the text; patient photographs require written consent or must be anonymized so the patient cannot be recognized.
