Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 350 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Introduction/Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Manuscript should be about 3,000 words excluding the abstract, figure captions, tables, and references. Manuscript must contain the section headings INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS, DISCUSSION, and CONCLUSION, include a clearly formulated research question and/or hypothesis at the end of the Introduction, and include a limitations subsection at the end of the Discussion. Include up to six keywords immediately after the abstract, then the Level of Evidence, a "Clinical Trial Registration:" line before the Level of Evidence for clinical trials, a "What are the new findings?" text box with 3-4 black-dot bullet points and no abbreviations after the abstract and Level of Evidence, and a "Declaration of Generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process" section before the References when such tools were used.
References References are limited to 50. References must follow AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition. Cite references by number in square brackets before the period, list them in order of first appearance, ensure every in-text citation appears in the reference list and vice versa, and include a DOI or PMID for each reference.
Figures & Tables A maximum of 6 tables and/or figures is allowed. Figures must be uploaded separately and tables must be placed at the end of the manuscript following the References. Provide a legend for each figure at the end of the manuscript following the References, label figures sequentially as Figure 1, Figure 2, and so on, start each table on a separate page, use editable text for tables rather than images, and avoid abbreviations in figure and table titles.
