Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Limitations, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Manuscript text must not exceed 2500 words excluding abstract, references, figures, and tables. Manuscript must include introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion, and the study type must be stated in both the title and the Methods section. Manuscript must include keywords and a capsule summary of up to 50 words consisting of two bulleted statements on what was already known and how the article changes practice, with no abbreviations.
References References must be cited in the text as superscript Arabic numerals in order of mention and listed in numeric sequence.
Figures & Tables Submission may include a maximum of 5 figures and tables in total. Figure legends must be inserted after the references within the manuscript document.
