Review Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required for submissions reporting systematic reviews or meta-analyses. For systematic reviews or meta-analyses, the cover letter must demonstrate relevant subject-matter expertise, for example by citing prior peer-reviewed publications in the field.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with the abstract excluded from section numbering. The submission must include 1 to 7 English keywords, required article highlights as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points of no more than 85 characters each, a declaration of competing interests uploaded as a Word document, and an AI disclosure statement before the references if generative AI was used in manuscript preparation.
References Citations must use the author-date style. References must correspond exactly to in-text citations, be listed alphabetically and then chronologically if needed, use a, b, c lettering for same-author same-year entries, and abbreviate journal names according to LTWA.
Figures & Tables Tables must be placed next to the relevant text or on separate pages at the end of the article, while figures must be supplied as separate files. Tables must be editable text with captions and figures must be cited, numbered in sequence, supplied as separate files, and accompanied by captions.

References Citations must use the author name and year of publication format. Reference list must be arranged alphabetically and then chronologically if necessary, use letters after the year for multiple items by the same author in the same year, abbreviate journal names according to LTWA, and use first author et al. in text citations for works with three or more authors.
Figures & Tables Tables must be placed next to the relevant text or on separate pages at the end of the article, while figures must be supplied as separate files along with the manuscript. Tables must be editable text with captions and consecutive numbering, and figures must be cited in the text, numbered in sequence, supplied as separate files, and accompanied by captions that include a brief title and description with symbols and abbreviations explained.
