Clinical Epidemiology

Clinical Epidemiology is an international, peer reviewed, open access journal focused on research on clinical questions and the application of epidemiological principles to patients and clinical care, including prevention, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. Topics include electronic medical patient records, routine health care data, diagnostic procedures and screening, clinical course of diseases, prognostic and predictive markers, clinical epidemiological and biostatistical methods, systematic reviews, and secondary and tertiary prevention. The journal welcomes original research, reviews, and descriptions of international databases.

Manuscript Manuscript must include the sections Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions. Manuscript must include 3–6 keywords, and any use of AI in the paper must be acknowledged.
References References must follow American Medical Association (AMA) style. References must be cited sequentially by superscript Arabic numerals, listed numerically in citation order, use PubMed journal abbreviations, list all authors when there are six or fewer, list the first three authors followed by "et al." when there are more than six, and for Reviews should be relevant, fair, balanced, and not biased toward a particular research group, organization, or journal.
