Clinical Lung Cancer is a peer-reviewed bimonthly journal that publishes original articles on clinical and translational research of lung cancer, with emphasis on detection, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment, including clinical research and mechanistic approaches, drug sensitivity and resistance, gene and antisense therapy, pathology, markers and prognostic indicators, chemoprevention strategies, multimodality therapy, and integration of various approaches.

A short abstract stating the goal of the review is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript
Manuscript is recommended to contain 2,000–10,000 words. Manuscript should contain an introduction, a discussion, and a conclusion. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 keywords in English, a declaration of generative AI use in a section before the references if applicable, and Highlights of three to five bullet points uploaded as a Word document.
References
Reference list is recommended to contain 50–120 references. References must be cited in the text using superscript Arabic numerals in order of appearance and listed in the reference list in the same numerical order, with journal names abbreviated according to LTWA.
Figures & Tables
Reviews are recommended to contain no more than 7 figures and/or tables. Figures must be supplied as separate files, while tables are submitted within the manuscript as editable text. Abstract
Original Studies must include both a Structured Abstract and a MicroAbstract. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be structured. The structured abstract must include Background (or Purpose), Patients (or Materials) and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript
Original Studies are recommended to contain 2000–8000 words. Original Studies should contain Title Page, Structured Abstract, Introduction, Patients (or Materials) and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Original Studies should include a MicroAbstract, a short clinical practice points section after the conclusion, 1 to 7 keywords in English, and a generative AI declaration section before the references if AI tools were used in manuscript preparation.
References
Original Studies are recommended to contain 30–60 references. References must be cited in the text using superscript Arabic numerals in order of appearance and listed in the reference list in the same numerical order, with journal names abbreviated according to LTWA.
