Research Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required.
Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and an 'Advances in knowledge' section of 1 or 2 sentences.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 7,000 words. Manuscript must include the sections Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Manuscript must include 3 to 10 keywords.
References References are limited to a maximum of 50. References must follow AMA style.
Figures & Tables Manuscript may include a maximum of 10 figures and 5 tables. Tables must be placed at the end of the main text.

Abstract An unstructured abstract is required for Reviews. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Review manuscripts must not exceed 6,000 words. Review manuscripts must include 3 to 10 keywords, and the abstract must appear in both the title page and the main manuscript file.
References Reviews may include a maximum of 100 references. References must follow AMA style.
Figures & Tables Reviews may include a maximum of 12 figures and 5 tables. Tables must be placed at the end of the main text, and figure titles, legends, and captions must be included within the manuscript file rather than in the image files. Abstracts must not contain reference citations or abbreviations.

References Letter To The Editor may include a maximum of 6 references. References must follow AMA style.
