Original Research Article

Cover Letter A separate cover letter file is required at submission and must accompany the title page, main article, figures/tables/graphs/flowcharts, supplemental content, reporting guideline checklist, and plagiarism report.
Abstract Original Research Articles require a structured abstract (max 250 words) with the headings Background and Aims, Patients and Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and must include a statement of clinical significance.
Manuscript Original Research Articles must be structured as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Clinical Significance, References, and the main text must not exceed 3000 words (excluding tables and references).
References References must be numbered in order of appearance, cited as superscripts in the text with commas between multiple references, formatted according to NLM and PubMed Central style, with 25–35 references.
Figures & Tables Images must be submitted as separate TIFF, PSD, PNG, or JPEG files at minimum 600 × 450 pixels and 300 dpi with in-text callouts, and Original Research Articles should limit the combined number of tables and figures to approximately six, with tables created in Word, numbered consecutively, placed after the figures, and accompanied by legends and in-text callouts.

Systematic Review And Meta-analysis
