Research Article
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required and must identify the manuscript as a Research article or Review. The cover letter must state the manuscript’s suitability for publication, list all authors and their emails, identify the manuscript type, confirm the work is original and not published or submitted elsewhere, state that all tables and figures are original and need no permission, indicate institutional or funding approval for submission, explain the study’s importance, and include the corresponding author’s identifying and contact details.
Abstract
An abstract is required. The abstract must not exceed 300 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must include the headings Objectives, Methods, Findings, Novelty, and Keywords.
Manuscript
The manuscript should be 5 to 6 pages excluding figures and tables. The manuscript must include Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, and References. The manuscript must include 5 keywords and an AI-use declaration stating how any AI tool was used in the work.
References
The reference list must contain 10 to 30 references, with fewer than 25 references also specified elsewhere. References must follow Vancouver style. References must be cited in numerical order in the text and listed in increasing numerical order under References, include only cited published or accepted works, give all coauthors without using et al., and include a DOI or URL for each reference.
Figures & Tables
The total number of tables and figures combined must be fewer than 10. Figures must be uploaded separately on the submission platform, while tables must be included at the end of the manuscript or may be attached separately as a Word table file. All figures and tables must be original, all figures must be cited in the text with positions marked, and tables must be word-typed rather than submitted as images.
Review
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required and must identify the manuscript as a Review. The cover letter must identify the manuscript as a Review, include the names of all authors, explain the manuscript’s suitability and importance, state that it is original and not published or submitted elsewhere, confirm all figures and tables are original and no permissions are required, state that necessary approval has been obtained, name the corresponding author as responsible for communication on behalf of co-authors, approve editorial corrections, and provide the signatory’s name, designation, full address, email, and phone number.
