Research Paper

Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words in total, including keywords and article classification. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must include the headings Purpose, Design/methodology/approach, Findings, and Originality, with optional headings for Research limitations/implications, Practical implications, and Social implications.
Manuscript Manuscript should be between 8000 and 10000 words, including the structured abstract, references, all text in tables, figures, and appendices, with 250 words allowed for each figure or table. Manuscript must include concise hierarchical headings. Submission must include up to 12 short keywords, and content created or modified using an AI tool must be described with the tool name and version appropriately cited and referenced.
References References must use a recognized Harvard style. Reference list must be supplied in alphabetical order, include DOI where available, give full URLs and accessed dates for electronic sources, use 'p.' and 'pp.' for page references, write page numbers in full, use lower case after a colon or dash in article or chapter titles, and use 'Ed.s' for multiple editors.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted electronically and tables must be submitted in a separate file from the main manuscript with their positions clearly labelled in the text. Figures must be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals and clear captions, photographs numbered as Plate 1, 2, 3, etc. with clear captions, and tables numbered consecutively in Roman numerals with a brief title.
