Original Research Article
Cover Letter
A covering letter is required. The covering letter must disclose any third-party writing or editing assistance and state if the submission was made by someone who is not listed as an author.
Abstract
An abstract is required. The abstract must be 200 words. The abstract must be unstructured in a single paragraph with no sub-sections or paragraphs. The abstract must state the background, research objectives, methodology, key outcomes, and policy or business implications of the study.
Manuscript
The manuscript should not exceed 7500 words. The manuscript must include Introduction, Literature Review, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussions, and Conclusion sections. The manuscript must include 4–6 keywords and original research highlights in no more than five bullet points within 85 words, and it must include an Author Contributions section, a Statements and Declarations section, and appropriate acknowledgment of any AI use.
References
References must follow APA style. References must be listed alphabetically by the first author's last name.
Figures & Tables
Figures and tables may be uploaded separately, although inclusion within the manuscript is also acceptable, and items created in Word should be included in the main text while externally created files should be submitted separately. Figures and tables must be sequentially numbered, and clear placement of figures must be indicated in the manuscript.
Review Article
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required. Cover letter must state any third-party writing or editing assistance, whether submission was made by someone not listed as an author, confirm originality, rights, exclusive submission, and permissions, and reflect consent of all contributing authors.
Abstract
An abstract is required. Abstract must be 200 words. Abstract must be unstructured and self-contained. Abstract must outline the background, objectives, scope, methodology of the review, and key insights.
Manuscript
Review article should normally not exceed 7000 words inclusive of abstract, tables, figures, and references. Manuscript must include Introduction, Methodology of the Review, Thematic or Conceptual Review of Literature, Critical Analysis and Research Gaps, Discussion: State of the Art, and Conclusion, Emerging Trends, and Future Research sections. Manuscript must include 3–5 keywords, may include up to five highlights not exceeding 100 words total, include Acknowledgements and Author Contributions followed by a Statements and Declarations section, and appropriately acknowledge any use of AI.
References
Review articles are expected to include typically 100–150 references, depending on the subject area. References must be in APA 7th edition format. References must be listed alphabetically by the first author's last name, and every in-text citation must exactly match a corresponding reference list entry in spelling and year.
Figures & Tables
No maximum number of figures or tables is stated, and additional tables or figures may be included in supplementary materials. Figures and tables may be included within the manuscript, preferably uploaded separately, and Word-created figures, charts, and tables should appear in the main text with placeholder notes for separately submitted figures. Figures and tables must be sequentially numbered, tables must be editable text rather than images, and each figure or table must include a number and title.

Abstract
An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 100 words. An unstructured abstract is required.
Manuscript
Research Notes should not exceed 3000–4000 words including the abstract, tables, figures, and references. Manuscript should include an introduction, methods, results and discussions, discussion, and conclusion with clearly defined numbered sections. Include 3–5 keywords after the abstract and acknowledge any use of AI in the manuscript or title-page declarations.
References
References must follow APA style. References must be listed alphabetically by the first author's last name, and every in-text citation must match a reference list entry with identical spelling and year.
Figures & Tables
Research Notes may contain no more than 4–6 figures or tables combined. Figures and tables must be submitted as separate editable files. Figures and tables must be sequentially numbered and clearly labelled with self-explanatory captions and logical, consistent naming.

A cover letter is required. The cover letter must state any third-party writing or editing assistance, any submission made by someone not listed as an author, confirm originality and necessary permissions, and reflect consent of all contributing authors.
Abstract
An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 100 words. The abstract should be unstructured.
Manuscript
The article should not exceed 1500–2000 words including the abstract, tables, figures, and references. The main document must have no subheadings. Include 3–5 keywords and add an Author Contributions heading followed by a Statements and Declarations section, with any use of AI appropriately acknowledged.
References
References must use APA style consistently. References must be listed alphabetically by the first author’s last name, and every in-text citation must match a reference list entry in spelling and year.
Figures & Tables
Figures and tables are limited to a maximum of 6 combined. Figures and tables must be submitted as separate editable files, and the manuscript must clearly indicate where each should be inserted. Figures must be numbered as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc., tables as Table 1, Table 2, etc., and all figures and tables must include sources.
