Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract should be 200 words. The abstract should be unstructured.
Manuscript The manuscript should include title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, declaration of interest statement, references, appendices as appropriate, tables with captions on individual pages, figures, and a list of figure captions, and Research Articles typically include a conclusion section. The manuscript should include keywords, a declaration of interest statement under the subheading "Disclosure of interest," and a statement disclosing whether and how generative AI was used in the research and manuscript preparation process.
References References may be in any consistent scholarly citation style or format. Bibliographic entries must include author name(s), journal or book title, article or chapter title, year of publication, volume and issue where appropriate, page numbers, and a corresponding in-text citation.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables can be placed within the text or submitted as separate documents, although Research Articles should place tables with captions on individual pages and include figures with a separate list of figure captions. Tables must be supplied as editable files and should be interpretable without reference to the text and present new information rather than duplicating the text.
