Original Communication

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract must be 150 to 250 words.
Manuscript Original Communication must not exceed 9,000 words, excluding abstract and keywords, figures, tables, captions and references. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, and relevant declarations under the heading "Statements and Declarations," including documentation of any large language model use in the Methods section or another suitable section.
References Citations must be numbered in square brackets. Reference list entries must be numbered consecutively, include only works cited in the text that are published or accepted for publication, and include full DOI links when available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text, with large figures submitted separately only if file size prevents upload. Figures and tables must be numbered with Arabic numerals, cited in consecutive numerical order in the text, and accompanied by captions, with figure captions included in the manuscript text file rather than in the figure files.
