Title Page Include the manuscript title; all author names, affiliations, and full mailing address plus telephone and email for each author; indicate the corresponding author. Upload as part of the manuscript immediately before the Abstract.
Abstract An unstructured abstract of up to 450 words is required; do not include references or trade names.
Main Manuscript Headings Follow an IMRaD structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions. Do not embed figures or tables in the text.
Reference Format Use Mary Ann Liebert Vancouver style with superscript Arabic numerals in citation order and a reference list in the same order; use PubMed/Medline journal abbreviations and include DOIs when available.
Figures Upload figures as separate high‑resolution files (TIFF/EPS, ≥300 dpi) with legends provided at the end of the manuscript or in a separate Word file; do not embed figures within the main text. A maximum of 10 figures are permitted.
