Neurotoxicity Research is an international journal encompassing high-quality basic, applied, and clinical research in neurotoxicity and related mechanisms. It covers interdisciplinary research on nervous system alterations caused by genetic, drug, chemical, botanical, or environmental factors; novel mechanisms and mitigating interventions; age-related susceptibilities in nervous system disruption; appropriately powered null findings within scope; and critical reviews on timely and novel topics related to mechanisms underlying disruptions to the nervous system.

Original Research

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract is required and must be 150 to 250 words. Abstract must be 150 to 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, documentation of any LLM use in the Methods section or suitable alternative, a Data Availability Statement, and a Declarations or Statements and Declarations section before the references.
References Citations must use name-and-year style. Reference entries must include only cited published or accepted works, be alphabetized by the first author’s last name, use journal abbreviations from the ISSN List of Title Word Abbreviations, and include full DOI links when available.
Figures & Tables Figure captions must be included in the manuscript text file, and large figures should be submitted separately only if file size causes upload problems. Tables and figures must be numbered with Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order, each table must have a caption, and each figure must have a concise caption.
