Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A summary is required for Reviews. The summary must be no more than 250 words. The summary should be unstructured. The summary must outline the questions investigated, the design, essential findings, and main conclusions of the study, and it must contain no citations to other published work.
Manuscript Reviews should not exceed 4500 words of body text. The manuscript must contain the sections summary, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions.
References Reviews are limited to 150 references. References should follow AMA style. References must be cited in the text with superscript Arabic numbers and listed numerically in order of appearance.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables may be submitted embedded in the manuscript or as separate files, and their intended placement should be indicated in the text. Figures and tables must have legends.
