Research Article

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. Cover letter must justify why the work should be considered for publication in the journal and state that the manuscript has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be structured for original research. Abstract must use the headings Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Research Articles must not exceed 4000 words. Manuscript text must be ordered as title page and author information, abstract, keywords, body text, author statements, references, and supplementary material. Manuscript must include keywords, a three-sentence 50–80 word short summary for non-experts, conflicts of interest, declaration of funding, data availability, and an AI declaration statement describing any AI use.
References References must follow Vancouver style. References may be in any consistent style at submission, but all listed references must be cited in the text and no ellipses may be used to indicate missing authors in the reference list.
Figures & Tables For initial submission, figures can be embedded in the manuscript file or supplied separately. Tables must be provided in editable format rather than as images, and all tables and figures must be numbered and cited in the text in order of first appearance.

Review
