Abstract An informative, unstructured abstract of approximately 250 words is required, concisely stating the study purpose, pertinent methods, findings, and specific conclusions.
Manuscript The main text must follow IMRaD structure, arranged as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion; no overall word limit is specified.
References References must follow JAMA style in text and in the reference list, and there is no maximum reference count (articles typically include 50–60 references).
Figures & Tables Figures and illustrations must be professional quality, numbered in order of appearance with informative legends; no explicit maximum number of figures or tables is indicated.
