Case Reports

Cover Letter A cover letter must be uploaded. Cover letter must state that the manuscript has been read and approved by all authors, include the names and signatures of all authors, and describe any use of artificial intelligence-assisted technologies.
Abstract An English abstract is required as a summary for Case Reports. Abstract should not exceed 400 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Case Reports should contain the title, summary, case, discussion, and references sections. Any use of artificial intelligence-assisted technologies must be disclosed in the submitted work, with writing assistance reported in the acknowledgments section and study-related AI use described in the methods section.
References References must conform to the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals and its updated versions. References must be numbered in order of mention, use Index Medicus journal abbreviations, include inclusive page numbers, list all authors when there are six or fewer, and list the first six authors followed by et al. when there are more than six.
Figures & Tables The desired position of figures and tables should be indicated in the text, and figure and table legends should appear in the relevant part of the main text. Figures and tables must be numbered in the order of appearance in the text.

Letters To The Editor
