Alzheimer's & Dementia: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions (TRCI) is an open access journal that seeks to bridge drug discovery research and clinical studies for dementia and Alzheimer's disease. It publishes preclinical and clinical translational research, including disease biology, therapeutic development, observational and interventional human studies, precision medicine approaches, clinical trial design and outcomes, and related health economics focused on therapeutic development and treatment.

Abstract An abstract is required for Review Articles. The abstract should be approximately 300 words.
Manuscript Review Articles may not exceed 10,000 words, excluding the abstract, references, figures, and tables. Articles must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections with hierarchical subsection numbering where applicable. The manuscript must include keywords, mandatory highlights submitted in a separate editable file, a competing interests statement, and disclosure of any AI-assisted tool use in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.
References There is no reference limit for Review Articles. References must be cited by number in square brackets in the text and listed in numbered order of first appearance.
Figures & Tables Review Articles may include no more than six figures or tables. Figures and tables must be uploaded separately from the manuscript. Figures must include captions and tables must include titles, descriptions, and footnotes.
