A key aim is to aid practical management of respiratory disease, with articles concerning clinical studies, including cohorts, quality improvement projects, and case series, being of particular interest, along with topics of interest to Canadian readers.

Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 300 words. Abstract must be self-contained and citation-free.
Manuscript Manuscript should include Materials and methods, Results and discussion, and Conclusions sections, and the Introduction should have no subheadings.
References References may be submitted in any style. References should be numbered consecutively in order of first citation and cited in the text using numbers in square brackets.
Figures & Tables All figures and tables should be included in the manuscript file upon submission. Figures and tables should be cited consecutively in the manuscript, and every table must have a descriptive title.
