Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract must be 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript may contain 4,000 words of text, excluding the cover page, abstract, methods section, tables, and references.
References Manuscript may include up to 100 references.
Figures & Tables Manuscript may include up to 6 tables and/or figures. For initial submission, figures should be presented in sequential order and adjacent to their legends, ideally where first cited in the text.

Manuscript The manuscript must contain 800 words of text, excluding the cover page, abstract, methods section, tables, and references. The manuscript must provide sufficient study description for readers to evaluate the results and include only methods bearing on the actual results that have not been previously reported, with more detailed methods referenced elsewhere. The manuscript must clearly specify hypotheses demonstrating a biological rationale for the data presented.
References The manuscript may include 8 or fewer references.
Figures & Tables The manuscript may include 2 figures and/or tables. For initial submission, figures should be presented in sequential order and adjacent to their legends, ideally where first called out in the text.
