The Southeast Asian Journal of Tropical Medicine and Public Health is published by the SEAMEO Regional Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network and covers tropical medicine and public health. The SEAMEO Regional Tropical Medicine and Public Health Project was established in 1967 to improve health and living standards in Southeast Asia through regional cooperation in research and training, and was renamed the SEAMEO Regional Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network in 1992. One annual volume comprises six bi-monthly issues published in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Manuscript Manuscript sections must appear in the following order: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements, and References. MeSH keywords must be included.
References References must be cited in the text by author name(s) and date, listed alphabetically, list all authors if fewer than seven or the first three followed by et al. if seven or more, and include abbreviated journal name, date, volume, and page range.
