Cerebral Circulation - Cognition & Behavior (CCCB) is a peer-reviewed open access online-only journal and the official journal of The International Society of Vascular Behavioural and Cognitive Disorders. It publishes original papers and review articles in clinical, experimental and basic science research relevant to vascular dementia, Alzheimer disease, vascular cognitive disorders, cerebral blood flow, aging and cognition, and related cerebrovascular factors.

Abstract A concise, factual abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract should be unstructured and able to stand alone.
Manuscript Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with the abstract excluded from section numbering. The submission must include 1 to 7 English keywords, highlights of 3 to 5 bullet points submitted as a separate editable file, a declarations form uploaded separately, an acknowledgements section before the references, a CRediT contribution statement, and an AI-use declaration in a new section before the references if generative AI was used in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited in the text using numbers in square brackets. References must be numbered in the order of appearance, used consistently in any style or format, include core bibliographic details, and use LTWA abbreviations for journal names.
Figures & Tables Tables must be provided as editable text and figures must be supplied as separate files along with the manuscript. Tables must be cited in the text, numbered consecutively, and include captions, and all figures must be cited in the text, numbered in order, and accompanied by captions.
