Review

Cover Letter A cover letter must be submitted during the submission process.
Abstract An abstract is required for Reviews. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must use the headings Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript The manuscript must not exceed 6000 words excluding references, figure legends, or tables. The manuscript must include 3 to 5 keywords below the abstract.
References The reference list must contain no more than 150 references. References must be cited with superscript Arabic numerals in order of appearance, listed in that same order, list all authors when there are fewer than 7, use the first 3 authors followed by et al. when there are 7 or more, and abbreviate journal names in Index Medicus style.
Figures & Tables The submission must contain at least 2 and no more than 8 figures or tables. Figures must be supplied as separate files, while tables must be uploaded separately or included at the end of the manuscript as editable text. Figure legends must be included in the manuscript file after the References section, and tables must not be submitted as images.

Letter To The Editor

Cover Letter A cover letter must be submitted during the submission process.
Abstract Abstract must be 250 words or less. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the subheadings Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Letter To The Editor commenting on a journal article must not exceed 400 words, while one containing a brief case report must contain no more than 600 words.
References Letter To The Editor may include no more than 10 references. References must be cited with superscript Arabic numerals in order of appearance, with the reference list numbered in the same order, listing all authors when fewer than 7 and the first 3 followed by et al. when 7 or more.
Figures & Tables Letter To The Editor containing a brief case report is limited to 2 figures. Electronic figures must be supplied as separate files, and tables must be uploaded separately or included at the end of the manuscript as editable text. Tables must not be submitted as images, and figure legends must be included in the manuscript file after the Reference section.
