Manuscript A Clinical Perspective section is required after the abstract: “What is new?” (2–3 bullets, max 100 words) and “What are the clinical implications?” (2–3 bullets, max 100 words), with each bullet a single complete sentence. Maximum length: ≤5,000 words.
