Research Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Research Articles must include an abstract. Abstract must be 250 words or fewer. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Research Articles should not exceed 5,000 words excluding references. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a Statements and Declarations section, documentation of any Large Language Model use in the Methods or another suitable section, a disclosure statement, and a data availability statement.
References References should be limited to 100. Citations must be numbered in square brackets. Reference list entries must be numbered consecutively, include only works cited in the text that are published or accepted for publication, and include full DOI links when available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text. Tables and figures must be numbered in Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order, each table must have a caption, and each figure must have a concise caption included in the manuscript text file rather than in the figure file.

Abstract Abstract is required for Review Articles. Abstract must be 250 words or less. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Review Articles can have up to 10,000 words excluding references. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, a declarations section, an authorship contribution statement identifying who conceived the article, performed the literature search and data analysis, and drafted and/or critically revised the work, and documentation of any Large Language Model use in the Methods section or another suitable section.
References Review Articles should be limited to 100 references. Citations must be numbered in square brackets, consistent with a Vancouver-style numbered system. Reference list entries must be numbered consecutively and include only cited works that are published or accepted for publication, with full DOI links included where available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text. Tables and figures must be numbered in Arabic numerals, cited in consecutive numerical order, and accompanied by captions, with figure captions included in the manuscript text file rather than in the figure files.
