Review Article

Cover Letter The corresponding author must mention any unpublished material included in the manuscript and provide transparency on re-use of material in a cover letter to the Editor.
Abstract required The abstract must be 150 to 250 words. unstructured
Manuscript Review Article submissions must be up to 8000 words, excluding the abstract, references, figure legends, and table captions. A disclosure statement is required, and the manuscript must include a statement identifying who had the idea for the article, who performed the literature search and data analysis, and who drafted or critically revised the work.
References Reference citations in the text must use numbers in square brackets. The reference list must include only works cited in the text that are published or accepted for publication, entries must be numbered consecutively, and DOI links should be included when available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text, and large figures may be submitted separately only if the manuscript file size causes upload problems. All tables and figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals, cited in text in consecutive order, and figures and tables must include captions and identify any previously published material by reference.

Systematic Review

Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract must be 150 to 250 words, and it may be increased to up to 450 words if needed for compliance with reporting guidelines.
Manuscript Systematic Review manuscripts are limited to up to 10,000 words. Systematic Reviews must follow PRISMA. A Declarations section is required, and if the systematic review is registered the registration number must appear in the methods section and at the end of the abstract.
References Reference citations must use numbers in square brackets. The reference list must include only cited works that have been published or accepted for publication, be numbered consecutively, and include full DOI links when available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text, and large figures may be submitted separately if the manuscript file causes upload problems. Tables and figures must be numbered in Arabic numerals, cited in consecutive order, and given concise captions with source references for previously published material.

Original Research

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. The corresponding author must disclose preprint posting details including DOI and licensing terms, mention any unpublished material included in the manuscript, and request exceptions to suggested symbology if needed.
Abstract An abstract is required. The abstract must be 150 to 250 words and may be increased to up to 450 words if the topic dictates and to allow full compliance with the relevant reporting guidelines. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must include the drug name or names studied, the route of administration, the population studied, and the results of the primary objective and major clinical pharmacokinetic findings.
Manuscript The manuscript must be up to 6000 words. Section and subsection headings must use decimal numbering, and titles and subtitles must describe the intervention, methodology, or setting rather than the study results. The manuscript must include a Data Availability Statement, a disclosure statement, and a Declarations section.
References Reference citations in the text must use numbers in square brackets. References must be numbered consecutively, include only works cited in the text that are published or accepted, and include full DOI links when available.
Figures & Tables Figures should be submitted within the body of the text, while large figures may be submitted separately if the manuscript file size causes upload problems.
