Clinical Rheumatology is the journal of the International League of Associations for Rheumatology and publishes original clinical investigations and research across the broad field of rheumatology, with an emphasis on clinical aspects at the postgraduate level. It covers contemporary clinical and experimental research trends and the management and evaluation of diagnostic and treatment procedures, including inflammatory, immunologic, metabolic, genetic, and degenerative diseases of soft and hard connective tissues.

Abstract
A structured abstract is required for Original Research Articles. Abstract must be 150 to 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Introduction / objectives, Method, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript
Manuscript must not exceed 4000 words. Original Research Articles must include 1 to 4 key points after the abstract in brief sentences highlighting the paper’s contributions. Manuscript must include 1 to 4 key points after the abstract, a disclosure statement, a data availability statement describing access to supporting data, and a Declarations section before the reference list.
References
Original Research Articles may include up to 45 references. References must be cited in the text using numbers in square brackets and listed consecutively in a numbered reference list containing only cited published or accepted works.
Figures & Tables
Original Research Articles may include no more than 6 figures and/or tables. Figures should be submitted within the body of the text unless large file size causes upload problems. Each table and figure must be numbered in Arabic numerals, cited in consecutive numerical order, and accompanied by a caption, with figure captions included in the manuscript text file rather than in the figure file.

Manuscript
Manuscript must not exceed 5,000 words. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, a declarations section before the reference list, and a statement of responsibility identifying who conceived the article, performed the literature search and data analysis, and drafted and/or critically revised the work.
