Review Articles
Cover Letter
A signed copyright letter must be submitted with the manuscript by the corresponding author on behalf of all co-authors. The copyright letter must confirm that all co-authors approve the submission.
Abstract
A structured abstract is required for Review Articles. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be structured with explicit bold inline or run-in subheadings.
Manuscript
Review Articles must be 6000–10000 words excluding figures, structures, photographs, schemes, and tables. Review Articles must be organized into Title, Title Page, Structured Abstract, Graphical Abstract, Keywords, Text Organization, Conclusion, List of Abbreviations, Availability of Data and Materials, Funding, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgements, References, Appendices, Figures or Illustrations, Chemical Structures, Tables, and Supportive or Supplementary Material. The manuscript must include a graphical abstract, 6 to 8 keywords, a list of abbreviations, a conflict of interest statement, acknowledgements, and a declaration of any significant use of AI tools.
References
Review Articles must contain at least 100 references. References should be submitted preferably in ACS, IEEE, or Vancouver style. References must be cited in the text with square-bracketed numbers and the bibliography must be complete and fully formatted before submission.
Figures & Tables
There is no restriction on the number of figures, tables, or additional files that can be included online. Figures and tables must be embedded in the manuscript text at the appropriate places, while figures must also be uploaded as separate files. Each figure must contain a single illustration with a caption, and tables must be submitted in Microsoft Word table format with a self-explanatory title or caption.

References must be numbered in square brackets in the text, be complete and accurate, include access dates for online citations, and exclude abstracts, unpublished data, and personal communications from the reference list.

Figures and tables must be embedded in the manuscript text at their appropriate placements, although figure files must also be uploaded separately for online submission. Figures must be numbered consecutively with captions and each table must be numbered in Arabic numerals and include a self-explanatory title or caption.

Manuscript
Manuscript must be 4000-6000 words, excluding figures, structures, photographs, schemes, and tables. Manuscript must include title page, abstract, and main text, and systematic reviews must address the methods used for selecting, locating, extracting, and synthesizing data. Manuscript must include 6 to 8 keywords, a conflict of interest statement, funding information, an Authors' Contribution paragraph, a CRediT Author Statement, a list of abbreviations if abbreviations are used at least three times, and disclosure of significant AI use.
References

Research Articles must be 4000–6000 words excluding figures, structures, photographs, schemes, and tables. Research Articles must begin with the title page and abstract and be structured into Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgements, and References. The manuscript must include a graphical abstract, 6 to 8 keywords, a list of abbreviations, and declarations for consent for publication and conflict of interest.
References

Manuscript must clearly state an objective or hypothesis and include design and methods, study setting and dates, participants with inclusion and exclusion criteria or data sources and selection methods, essential features of interventions, main outcome measures, main results, a comment section addressing context and limitations, conclusions, and a "Randomization and Masking" section within Methods. Manuscript must include 6 to 8 keywords, a conflict of interest statement, an Authors' Contribution paragraph, a CRediT Author Statement, funding information, acknowledgements if applicable, and disclosure of any significant use of AI tools.
