Clinical Trial
Cover Letter
A traditional cover letter cannot be provided.
Abstract
An abstract is required. No more than a single paragraph. Structured. The abstract must include the clinical trial registry number.
Manuscript
Maximum 12,000 words. Abstract including the clinical trial registry number; Introduction; Materials and Methods including a flow diagram when applicable; Results; Discussion. A minimum of five keywords is required and a maximum of eight keywords is allowed.

Figures & Tables
A CONSORT flow diagram must be included in the figures or supplementary material for randomized clinical trials.
Mini Review
