It publishes high-quality research in genomics, functional genomics, evolutionary and comparative genomics, genomic technology and methodology development, computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, epigenomics, genomic regulatory analysis, disease genomics, medical genomics, personal genomics, and systems genomics, and it also welcomes proposals for full-length and mini reviews.

Original Research Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with subsections numbered hierarchically and the abstract excluded from section numbering. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords, and any use of generative AI tools to create images must be disclosed in each image caption and in the general generative AI disclosure statement.
References References may be in any style or format at submission as long as the style is consistent. References must include author names, source title information, year, and volume, article number, or pagination where applicable, and every in-text citation must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
Figures & Tables Figures must be supplied as separate files, whereas tables must be submitted as editable text. Tables must be numbered consecutively, cited in the text, and include captions, and figures must be numbered in text order, cited in the text, and include captions.

Figures & Tables Full-Length Reviews should include 3 to 6 illustrations and at least one table if appropriate. Figures must be supplied as separate files and tables must be submitted as editable text. All figures and tables must be cited in the text, numbered in order of appearance, and provided with captions.
