Reviews

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. Cover letter must include the article title, all authors’ names, degrees, and primary affiliations, the corresponding author’s full contact information, acknowledgments including support, any meeting presentation details, a statement of originality and exclusive submission, any preprint disclosure, and a statement that all authors approved the final version.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscript Manuscript text must not exceed 6,000 words excluding references, tables, and figures. Text must begin with an introductory section and end with a discussion section. Manuscript must include five keywords or phrases, and use a discussion section that synthesizes the literature, identifies themes and trends, provides broad critiques of the field, and notes areas needing further research.
References References must use a numbered citation style with PubMed abbreviated journal titles. References must be cited as superscript Arabic numbers in order of first appearance, reuse the same number for repeat citations, and list all authors unless there are more than six, in which case the first three are followed by “et al.”.
Figures & Tables Figures must be uploaded as separate files, while tables must be included inline in the main text after first mention. Tables and figures must be cited and numbered sequentially in the order mentioned, and figure legends must be included before the reference section.

Clinical Challenges
