References References must conform to AMA Manual of Style, 11th Edition. References must be listed in consecutive numerical order by mention using superscript Arabic numerals.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables must be uploaded as separate files and must not be embedded in the manuscript file. Figures and tables must be numbered with Arabic numerals and cited consecutively in the manuscript in the order discussed.
