IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems focuses on advances in the study of development and cognition in natural and artificial systems. It welcomes theoretical, computational, application-oriented, experimental, and review contributions spanning cognitive systems, cognitive robotics, developmental and epigenetic robotics, autonomous and evolutionary robotics, social structures, multi-agent and artificial life systems, computational neuroscience, and developmental psychology. The journal is financially co-sponsored by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society.
