Research Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 150 words or fewer. Abstract may be structured or unstructured. Structured abstracts may use the headings intro, methods, results, and conclusion.
Manuscript Introduction and discussion sections together must not exceed 3000 words. Manuscript must include abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, and conclusion, although results and discussion may be combined for shorter papers. Manuscript must include up to seven keywords, a Data Availability Statement, an IRB Statement, CRediT author contributions, and transparent disclosure of any AI tool use in the Methods or Acknowledgements section.
References References must be in APA 7th edition style.
Figures & Tables Figures must be included directly in the Microsoft Word manuscript, while figures, tables, supporting information, and appendices must also be supplied as separate files. Figures and tables must include legends, and each table must be complete with a title and footnotes.

Manuscript must include abstract, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions, and research article and replication papers may combine the results and discussion sections for shorter papers. Main document must include up to seven keywords, all articles must include CRediT author contributions, AI tool use must be transparently described in the Methods or Acknowledgements if used, and replication manuscripts should state whether the study is a direct or systematic replication, articulate the rationale, compare outcomes to the replicated study, and discuss the contribution to the literature regarding generality.
References References must be in APA 7th edition style.

Manuscript Concise Review manuscripts must not exceed 3000 words in total, including the Title Page, Author Note, and References. Concise Review manuscripts should be highly focused on a clearly defined segment of the literature and summarize recent literature from approximately the past five to ten years, including systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Manuscript must include up to seven keywords, CRediT author contributions, and a transparent description in the Methods or Acknowledgements section if artificial intelligence generated content tools were used to develop any portion of the manuscript.
References References must be in APA 7th edition style.
