Full-Length Reports

Cover Letter A cover letter must accompany the submission, and Full-Length Reports over 4000 words require a detailed justification in that letter.
Abstract An abstract is required for Full-Length Reports. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Structured abstract must include Background and aims, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Main body of the paper must not exceed 4000 words, excluding abstract, references, acknowledgements, tables, and figures. Body text should generally include Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions. Abstract must be accompanied by three to six keywords or phrases.
References References and citations must conform to APA 7th edition. References must be alphabetized at the end of the manuscript text, and a DOI link must be provided after each article when listed.
Figures & Tables Figures must be kept at the end of the manuscript text after the references, and tables must be kept at the end after the figures. Figures must be numbered consecutively, have descriptive captions, and be mentioned in the text, while tables must be numbered consecutively and have clear descriptive headings.

Review Articles

Cover Letter A cover letter must accompany the submission.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured in the same or similar format as original Full-Length Reports. Structured abstract must include Background and aims, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 6000 words excluding abstract, references, acknowledgements, tables, and figures. Manuscript should use the same or similar section headings and subheadings as the abstract. Abstracts should be accompanied by three to six keywords or phrases.
References References and citations must follow APA 7th edition style. References must be alphabetized at the end of the manuscript text and include a DOI link for each article when provided.
Figures & Tables Figures must be placed at the end of the manuscript after the references, and tables must be placed at the end after the figures. Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, with figures given descriptive captions and tables given clear descriptive headings.

Figures & Tables No more than 2 illustrations, figures, or tables are permitted. Figures must be placed at the end of the manuscript after the references, tables must be placed at the end after the figures, and approximate positions for each must be indicated in the manuscript. Figures must be numbered with consecutive Arabic numerals and descriptive captions, and tables must be numbered with consecutive Arabic numerals and given clear descriptive headings.
