Journal of Clinical & Translational Endocrinology is an open access journal focused on patient-oriented research across endocrinology, including diabetes, metabolic bone disease and osteoporosis, thyroid disease, pituitary and lipid disorders. High-priority areas include novel pilot or proof-of-concept clinical trials in humans and basic science research involving human specimens. Case studies are directed to the companion title Journal of Clinical and Translational Endocrinology: Case Reports.

Research Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured and concise enough to stand alone.
Manuscript Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with the abstract excluded from section numbering. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords and, if generative AI or AI-assisted tools were used in manuscript preparation, a declaration section placed before the references list.
References References must use a numbered square-bracket citation style. References must be listed in order of first appearance in the text, use abbreviated journal names, and list the first 6 authors followed by 'et al.' when there are more than 6 authors.
Figures & Tables Figures must be uploaded as separate files, whereas tables are submitted within the manuscript as editable text. Figures and tables must be cited in the text, numbered consecutively, and accompanied by captions, and tables must not be submitted as images.
