Cover Letter No cover letter requirement is specified.
Abstract Abstract is required. It must be structured, limited to 200 words, and divided into Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Submit it on a separate sheet following the title page.
Manuscript No overall manuscript word, page, or character limit is specified. Use clearly defined sections including Summary, Key words, Introduction, Materials or Patients and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements, and References. Highlights are mandatory as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points, each no more than 85 characters.
References No maximum or minimum reference count is indicated. Reference style must follow Vancouver style. List all authors when there are six or fewer; for seven or more, list the first six followed by et al. Number references in sequence of appearance, including citations first appearing in tables or figure legends.
Figures & Tables No maximum or minimum figure or table count is specified. Figures and tables must be cited consistently in the text and numbered in Arabic numerals; captions and legends must be provided separately, and each table or figure must appear on a separate sheet.
