Original Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must be divided into Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Text should comprise the sections Summary, Key words, Introduction, Materials (or Patients) and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements and References. Manuscript must include keywords, mandatory highlights, a competing interests statement, and a section before the references titled "Declaration of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the manuscript preparation process" when AI tools were used.
References References should follow Vancouver style. List all authors when there are six or fewer, list the first six followed by et al. when there are seven or more, and number references cited only in tables or figure legends according to the sequence of first mention in the text.
Figures & Tables Tables, figures, legends, and illustration captions should be provided on separate sheets, and each illustration must be submitted as a separate file. Figures and tables must be numbered in Arabic numerals in text sequence and each must include a clear title or caption, with figure captions giving a brief title, description, and explanations of all symbols and abbreviations.

Manuscript should be written as a letter in response to a recent publication in the journal, contain original data to support the discussion, and not use subheadings such as Methods or Results. Keywords are required, highlights are mandatory, a competing interests statement must be provided, and any use of generative AI in manuscript preparation must be declared in a section titled "Declaration of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the manuscript preparation process" placed before the references.
References References must be limited to 10. References should follow Vancouver style. References should list all authors when there are six or fewer and list the first six authors followed by et al. when there are seven or more.
Figures & Tables A maximum of 2 figures or tables is permitted. Figures, tables, and figure legends should be provided on separate sheets, and each illustration must be submitted as a separate file with its caption provided separately.
