Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract must not exceed 350 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must include the headings Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 5000 words excluding the abstract, references, and tables. Manuscript should be divided into clearly defined sections using headings. Manuscript must include 3 to 6 keywords and, if generative AI was used in manuscript preparation, a declaration in a new section before the references list.
References References must use a numbered style with superscript numbers in square brackets in the text. References must be numbered in the order of appearance, list the first 6 authors followed by 'et al.' when there are more than 6 authors, and use abbreviated journal names.
Figures & Tables Tables must be submitted as editable text and figures must be supplied as separate files along with the manuscript. Tables and figures must be cited in the text, numbered in order of appearance, and include captions.
