Full Papers

Cover Letter A cover letter is required on submission. The cover letter must state the correct journal name, be addressed to the relevant Associate Editor or Executive Editor, and include a succinct statement of the importance and/or impact of the work.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract should be around 50 to 250 words. Abstract must be a single paragraph.
Manuscript The manuscript should include an introduction, an experimental section, a results section, and a conclusions section. Full Papers must include an Author contributions section, a conflicts of interest statement, and a Data availability section.
References References must use Vancouver style. References must be cited as superscript numbers in correct numerical sequence and listed in numerical order at the end of the article with the names and initials of all authors given in each reference.
Figures & Tables Numbered figures must be included within the text or at the end of the text at submission. Figures should include error bars where appropriate and data should not be reproduced in both figures and tables without good reason.

A conflicts of interest statement must be included in the manuscript, and any use of artificial intelligence tools should be declared in the acknowledgements.
References References must use Vancouver style. References must be cited in the text with superscript numbers in correct sequence and listed in numerical order at the end of the article with the names and initials of all authors given in each reference.
Figures & Tables Numbered figures must be included within the text or at the end of the text at submission. Figures should include error bars where appropriate and must not include logos, trademarks, or brand names.

Manuscript Communications are recommended to be three printed journal pages in length. Introduction, experimental details, results, and conclusions should be organized in a conventional research-article structure. Manuscript must include an Author contributions section, a conflicts of interest statement, and a Data availability section, and acknowledgements should declare any use of artificial intelligence tools.
References References must use Vancouver style. References must be cited as superscript numbers in correct numerical sequence and listed in numerical order with the names and initials of all authors.
Figures & Tables Numbered figures must be included within the text or at the end of the text at submission. Figures must be numerically cited in their captions and should include error bars where appropriate.
