Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Reviews must not exceed 5,000 words, excluding title page, references and legends. Main text file must be ordered as title, running title, authors, affiliations, acknowledgments, abstract and keywords, main text, references, tables, figure legends, and appendices if relevant. Manuscript must include up to five keywords and a list of new or special abbreviations with their definitions.
References Reviews must include no more than 50 references. References must follow AMA reference style. References must be numbered consecutively in order of appearance and cited in the text using Arabic superscript numerals in consecutive order.
Figures & Tables Reviews must include no more than 6 figures and tables in total. Main text and figures must be submitted as separate files. Tables must be included after the references in the main text file, and figure legends must be provided in the manuscript.
