Original Article
Cover Letter
A covering letter must be submitted as a separate file. The covering letter must state that all authors have contributed significantly and agree with the manuscript content.
Abstract
Original Articles must include an abstract. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be structured. The abstract must use the headings Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript
Original Articles must not exceed 3000 words including the abstract but excluding references, tables, and figures. The text must be arranged as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgment, Conflict of Interests, Funding Information, References, and, when relevant, Supplementary Material. Five MeSH-based keywords in alphabetical order must be provided below the abstract, and AI tool use in developing any portion of the manuscript must be described in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.
References
References must use Chicago Reference Style: Note. References must be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text and listed in numerical order.
Figures & Tables
Tables and figure legends must be placed on separate pages in the manuscript. Figures must be cited in consecutive order in the text.

Manuscript
The manuscript must not exceed 4000 words including the abstract but excluding references, tables, and figures. The manuscript must be arranged in the order title page, abstract and key words, text, author contributions, acknowledgments, funding information, conflicts of interest, ethics statement, references, figure legends, supporting information legends, tables, and figures. Five MeSH key words in alphabetical order must appear below the abstract, and AI-generated content such as text, code, or figures created by ChatGPT or similar tools is not permitted in the manuscript.
References
References must use Chicago Reference Style: Note. References must be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text and listed in numerical order, and any DOI must be given in URL format beginning with https://doi.org/.

Manuscript
The manuscript must not exceed 3000 words including the abstract but excluding references, tables, and figures. The text must be arranged as Abstract; Introduction; Procedure or Technique; Results; Discussion; Acknowledgment; Conflict of Interests; Funding Information; and References. Five keywords in alphabetical order must be supplied below the abstract, and a graphical abstract image is required for this article type.

The article may include up to 20 references. References must use Chicago Reference Style: Note. References must be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text and listed in numerical order in the reference list.
Figures & Tables
The article may include up to five figures and tables in total. Tables should be typed on a separate page, figure legends should be typed on a separate page, and the graphical abstract must be uploaded separately as an image labeled 'Graphical Abstract Image'. The graphical abstract should be self-explanatory, keep text to a minimum with no legend or synopsis, and may be accompanied by up to 80 words or 3 sentences summarizing the key findings.

Letters may include up to five references. References must use Chicago Reference Style: Note. References must be numbered sequentially as they occur in the text and ordered numerically in the reference list.
Figures & Tables
Letters may include up to two figures, tables, or images. Tables should be typed on a separate page with the legend above, and figure legends should be typed on a separate page. In Letters, one figure must not exceed 80 mm horizontally by 80 mm vertically, and up to four images may be combined as a composite photo within that permitted figure size.
Video Article

A covering letter must be submitted as a separate file. The covering letter must state that all authors have contributed significantly and agree with the manuscript content.
Abstract
Abstract must not be included.
Manuscript
The manuscript must include a brief explanation of up to 300 words presented as one paragraph, and the total video length must not exceed 10 minutes with no single video stream exceeding 5 minutes. The brief explanation must be unstructured and Video Articles must be prepared using the Video Article Template. Video Articles must not include supporting information.
References
References may not exceed five. References must use Chicago Reference Style: Note. References must be numbered sequentially as they occur in the text and ordered numerically in the reference list.
Figures & Tables
Video Articles may include up to two figures, tables, or images, and a set of photographs counts as one figure. Tables should be typed on a separate page and figure legends should be typed on a separate page. All narration and subtitles must be in English, and videos must be edited for reader comprehension with structured narration and/or subtitle.
