Reviews

Cover Letter A cover letter must be submitted as a separate file. Cover letter must state that all contributors have read and approved the submission and must list all pertinent commercial and other relationships, and authors describing variants must confirm the status of variant database submission.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 200 words.
Manuscript Main document must include an abstract, up to seven keywords, the main body, references, tables, and appendices if relevant, and journal-level required sections include abstract, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions. Manuscript must include up to seven keywords, acknowledgments, conflict of interest disclosures as appropriate, and authors describing variants must confirm the database used for variant submission and provide its URL in the manuscript.
References References must follow APA 7th edition with author-date in-text citations. Reference list must include only published papers and papers in press, appear alphabetically, and include a DOI where available.
Figures & Tables Figures may be submitted as separate files or included in a single PDF, Word document, or LaTeX submission, while tables must be included in the main document file. Figures and tables must have legends, figures must be cited and numbered in order in the text, and tables must be supplied as editable files rather than images.
