Original Articles

Cover Letter A statement declaring any use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation must be added at the end of the manuscript upon submission.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract should be concise and factual and able to stand alone, which indicates an unstructured abstract.
Manuscript Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections, with the abstract excluded from section numbering and acknowledgements placed in a separate section before the references. Include 1 to 6 English keywords, provide 3 to 5 highlights as a separate editable Word file at the final files stage, complete declarations including competing interests, and add an end-of-manuscript statement disclosing any use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited as numbers in square brackets. References must be numbered in the order they appear in the text, be consistent in style, include core bibliographic elements, and use LTWA abbreviations for journal names.
Figures & Tables Tables must be included as editable text in the submission files, while figures and other graphical media must be uploaded as separate files and all must be cited in the manuscript text. Tables must be editable text with captions and consecutively numbered, and figures must each have a caption and be numbered according to their order of appearance.
