Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Reviews are generally between 5000 and 10000 words, excluding abstract and references. The text should be subdivided into sections described by short headings as appropriate. The manuscript should include six keywords, acknowledgments, a conflict of interest statement, and a data availability statement.
References Nutrition Bulletin style. References cited together in the text should be listed in chronological order, the bibliography should be listed in alphabetical order, journal titles should be given in full, and if there are four or more authors the first six authors should be listed followed by et al.
Figures & Tables Figures must be supplied as separate files and tables should be supplied as separate editable files at the end of the manuscript. All tables and figures should be referred to in the main text, tables should be self-contained, and figure legends should be provided separately from the picture files.

The manuscript should be organized into abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements and references. Six MeSH keywords must be provided, and the submission should include acknowledgments, a conflict of interest statement, and a data availability statement.
References Nutrition Bulletin style. References cited together should be listed in chronological order, and the bibliography should be alphabetical with journal titles written in full, first and last page numbers given, and six authors listed before et al. for references with four or more authors.
Figures & Tables Figures must be supplied as separate files, and tables should be included in the manuscript as separate pages at the end. Tables should be self-contained with titles and footnotes, figures and tables should be referred to in the text, and figure legends must be provided separately.
