Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract headings must be Background and Purpose; Materials and Methods; Results; Conclusions.
Manuscript Main text must not exceed 3000 words from the beginning of the Introduction to the end of the Discussion. Body must be organized as Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results; Discussion; References; Tables; Figures. The manuscript must include 1 to 6 keywords in English, article highlights as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points, a graphical abstract submitted as a separate file, and a declaration of generative AI use in manuscript preparation if applicable.
References References must be cited by number in square brackets, listed in the reference list in order of appearance, and for works with more than 6 authors the first 6 authors must be listed followed by 'et al.'.
Figures & Tables A maximum of 6 figures and/or tables in total is permitted. Figures must be uploaded as separate files, while tables are submitted as editable text. All figures and tables must be cited in the text, numbered in order of appearance, and accompanied by captions.
