The journal focuses on improving protection of human health and the environment and welcomes reviews and discussions addressing legal or regulatory decisions related to risk assessment and management of toxicological and pharmacological compounds. It serves an international readership of scientists, risk assessors and managers, and other professionals in human and environmental health.

Abstract Abstract must not exceed 200 words.
Manuscript Manuscript must contain no more than 5000 words, excluding references. Manuscript must be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections and contain clear conclusions and/or recommendations for regulatory aspects. Manuscript must include 1 to 7 English keywords, article highlights submitted as a separate editable file with 3 to 5 bullet points, and an end-of-manuscript generative AI declaration section before the references if such tools were used.
References Text citations must use author name and year of publication. References may be submitted in any consistent style but must be arranged alphabetically and then chronologically if necessary.
Figures & Tables Original Research Articles must contain no more than a total of 5 figures and/or tables. Figures must be supplied as separate files, while tables with predominantly negative information must be placed in the supplementary information and only summarized in the Results text. All figures and tables must be cited in the text, numbered in order of appearance, and accompanied by captions.
